vialofdrug Posted August 9, 2019 Posted August 9, 2019 Skyrim SE crashes after entering Dragonsreach when going to see Slavemaster Pike during Slaverun after my female character is enslaved. I get a few seconds of her being in Dragonsreach, then the game crashes. I tried reloading but that causes most of the screen on the left to be a black screen. Also the Devious Devices cause my character's hands and feet to disappear. I have all the mods relevant to Slaverun downloaded in the right places (the ones mentioned in each mod as prerequisites), but have heard that apparently something called "HDT-SMP" solves the issue?

vialofdrug Posted August 14, 2019 Author Posted August 14, 2019 Alright, I uninstalled the 3 Devious Devices downloads and downloaded the Devious Devices All-In-One Installer instead. But now Skyrim Special Edition won't even launch from skse64_loader.exe

Like the game manages to load in, I enter the dungeon and I can see it for like a second then I CTD, no idea how to fix this or what causes it

As I said above I uninstalled the 3 part DD downloads and then installed the 3 in one DD file, but now it won't load at all. It'd be helpful if there was just a complete list of which specific downloads I needed. There's one with some of them on the SL page, but it doesn't say what could contradict it or what each download needs.

Do you use baka's abc mod? animated beast cocks, for me thats what caused the crash in the dungeon

I'm not using either of those. Would the The Sisterhood of Dibella and Sisterhood of Mara mods interfere with it?
AtlantisJoe Posted November 16, 2019 Posted November 16, 2019 Anyone find a solution to this issue? I too am having the same exact issue. Game slows down to 1fps every 10 seconds when entering the dungeon.
AtlantisJoe Posted November 16, 2019 Posted November 16, 2019 Yeah and I do have a lot of mods. It all started once I fixed SMP and got that working. I reinstalled XP32 with the correct settings and the missing NetImmerse Override and now I can't enter that cell or any cell afterwords. I'm going to keep digging a little more and If I find a solution I'll post it here.
AtlantisJoe Posted November 16, 2019 Posted November 16, 2019 Well actually I'm still running on LE. But the issue was so similar I figured the odds were decent that if they found a solution it would work for me. Anyways after some experimenting it seems LE's engine just can't handle that many naked bods with full SMP and devious devices running in a single cell. Creating a separate player race with SMP and everyone else gets HDT seems to have solved it for me. I can enter that cell and have been playing for 30 min or so without issue. Hopefully this will help others too. Even if you have a beast of a computer capable of running Skyrim-wide SMP the engine itself just can't keep up.... I think.
