textures annoying problem

Don't know what is causing this but it started to show recently on both genders and the player. in exteriors and interiors. I uninstalled all suspected mods and the problem still remains. (see the pictures in spoiler)

Here is my load order made by LOOT:

>Thanks for suggestions. I did accordingly and it wasn't ENB. It was one of the mods I uninstalled that change/fix body textures, but I don't know which one and I can't find leftovers since I do not know how. This textures problems affect every new game. here is the list of the mods I have and I don't know which one screwed my game:

Male body specular Map fix (removed from Nexus)

 

Male head textures for males (removed from Nexus)

and the one I suspect did most of the damage is AQUIFIS (removed from Nexus)

Deinstall and reinstall with your modmanager all bodytextures for males and females to be sure all textures are new overwritten.

Or deinstall all maps and  load new textures for both genders and install the new ones,maybe this ones,

Thanks for suggestions again. I did it all. The problem still remained.  I had proposed male textures and my wife and I didn't like it at all. Males were very ugly. Anyway, thank you for your help. I don't konw what else I can do except reinstall Skyrim and the mods
