Any mod that gives greater freedom in editing lips?

Are there any Oblivion mods that give you a greater range of options when editing the colors and shape of lips in the character creation screen?

 

Asking because Oblivion's own lip-color and mouth shape editing is a bit lacking. Getting luscious/shiny/glossy lips on your character; or changing the width and curvature of portions of the lips are not possible.

 

I couldn't find one in nexusmods, maybe I was using wrong keywords. Does anybody know of a mod that (partially or completely) fits this description?

I spent some time looking as well, but couldn't find anything. Would really like to see it, I usually choose a certain custom race I know have proper lips (like lop-ears elf II) and try to make the face as nice as possible from there.
