Underwear not Saved

Hello,

 

My sims will not retain any customized underwear options after a reload.  During the current session, they will retain their underwear, but if I reload the game, they lose them.

 

I'm not sure what is causing this bug, but it seems to have been in WW for awhile.  Most of the topics on it are older, so I was hoping there might be a current knowledge to the problem that points to a solution.  I've also noticed the randomize underwear console command does nothing.

EDIT: After playing around a bit, I figured it out.  The game wasn't able to save the underwear because it couldn't modify the files.  Running as administrator solved the issue so far as I've seen.
