Animation problem - Gagged mouth closes and opens

Hi guys,

I  have a problem - while gagged PCs mouth closes for a second a then opens again. It keeps happenning in random intervals. I remember there was a solution for it, but I can't for the life of me figure it out.

 

And one more thing - on the save from older playthrough this problem doesn't exist, so it's not a load order, rather a matter of settings.

 

Can you please help?
