Sorry, I hadn't realised that just adding a new file also created a thread like this.

 

So yeah, if you're looking at it in the TS4 Mod Conflict Detector then it'll definitely say it conflicts because this is intended to replace the textures in Nisa's... I gather TS4 loads mods alphabetically; folders first and then the loose files... This should be placed with the other loose files in Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4\Mods so that it's loaded after the NisasWickedPerversions folder.

The tattoos aren't showing up for me, neither in CAS or on the sims themselves (after nailpolish has been applied) I've got the override among the loose files as you've said to, but still no dice. Any tips on how to get it to work would be much appreciated

Not working for me either. After getting the mind broken reward I still see the default tattoo...
