Colt 6520 10mm pistol (need a few folks to test/comment)

NOTE: This is more of a proof of concept than actual mod at this point.

Also, seeking people to test out the .esp and give their thoughts on balance.

A Colt 6520 10mm autoloading pistol.

Each pull of the trigger will automatically reload the firearm until the magazine is empty.

Single shot only' date=' using the powerful 10mm round.

The long term goal is to make the game play more like a Fallout RPG than a FPS.

I decided to do a proof of concept mod first, and this is it.

Renamed the 10mm pistol to match the 10mm pistol from the Fallout RPGs.

Due to the slow rate of fire for many semi automatic firearms in the game*1 that I have repeatedly seen people complain about on IRC (and disliked myself), I have came up with a fix.

What I have done is, in the GECK, make a few tweaks to the standard 10mm pistol.

While you can still click it a single time to fire like before, now you can hold down the left mouse button, and it will fire three shots a second, a rate of fire that will make the gun more useful at close range, while at the same time firing at a rate that can be acheived with a semi automatic pistol in real life, with reasonable accuracy at close to moderate range.

My intention is to take this method, and apply it to all semi automatic weapons in the game, albiet balanced depending on the weapon (IE: the recharger rifle will need tweaking for balance).

This will NOT (purposly) be turning a revolver into a gatling gun, but it will be a work around for the issue I've heard many complain of (and had myself) of clicking to shoot... and the game ignores it.

*1-for the purposes of the game, semi automatic will mean each time you click, it fires a single shot and does not immediately need a reload.
