Poser Hotkeys Plus not starting/MCM not showing

For some reason I can't get Poser Hot Keys plus to initialize even though it's plugin is installed and I ran into FNIS. I've had it in my game before so I know how it works but it seems like its stalling with all my mods. Cause as you can see from the screenshot in console the game does recognize the data in the game. Is there a way to force start it? I've tried refreshing the MCM and still nothing.

 

Edit: Found the issue. For whatever reason Violens is blocking PoserHotkeys from working. So as I removed Violens it PHP loaded correctly.

See the OP's edit: PHP was conflicting with VioLens.
