How do I install mods? (xD)

It might seem a silly question, but... how do I install mods?
It was a pain to figure it out on DOA5, so I would gladly skip the learn-by-yourself phase this time.

same as you i came this morning and didnt took me long to figure it out, go to the thread above download the REDELBE Tool

Download version 1.0 if you are using game version 1.08.

Use 0.9 if you are using version 1.06/1.06a. Previous version are not supported.

All instructions are in the README (for users).txt inside the tool archive.
