Basic WW will make sims nude. But if you are looking for realistic nipples, pussy, penis, ect., you can find it from Wickedsims webside (https://wickedwhimsmod.com/download/)

 

Scroll down, right side you'll see "Body mods". Click which one you like and download.

 

If WW won't show you nude sims, you have censored mode on. Delete it (it's in mod file).
