Male Sims turn orange when undressing

Hey all,

 

Whenever my male sims undress any piece of their outfit, they turn orange and lose all their features and become some default orange skin. Everything else works just fine but I don't understand why they're orange. In CAS however, they are perfectly fine even when naked, it only happens in game. Any help would be appreciated.

Will do, it's just weird to me that its not working because in CAS everything works fine its only in game.
