I cant figure out how to stop these active effects

My character has a bleeding and a draugr cum active effect. How do I heal them. I cant figure out what mods there from either

[RW311]

In game, open console then select with mouse click npc or yourpc., make sure the ids in the bottom right have information about your npc or pc and dont say fog or mist you may have to move around a bit with character if you are in mist.

 Extra info window should open if not press tab.

Hover mouse over the info sections that light up in red, like effects or whatever they are called and press shift, hover mouse over arrow keys above or below list and press shift to scroll.

You will find whatever is active on npc or pc.

Do not remove the mods until affects are removed, this makes it much more trouble to remove the active affects.
