Is there a mod that lets you play consensual matchmaker so follower can have sex with other folks besides the player?  It sounds like there are mods where you can prostitute out your followers, but a simple dialogue option that would encourage your follower to consensually hook-up with a nearby NPC (perhaps while the player voyeurs the action) would be awesome.

 

So e.g., maybe the player decides to become semi-monagamous via a romance or with a spouse, etc...  but you could still have sex variety by having followers fucking across skyrim.
