Elevators Not working. Can't go downstairs and sims can't reach my sims apartment.

So, yeah, my sim can't go downstairs for some reason. I googled it and found on the official EA websites forums that somebody else recently had this problem just before the new update dropped today so it doesn't seem to be related to this patch. I've already tried resetting the elevator numerous amount of times but it isn't working. And of course, I can't move or delete it either (thought it could be possible to replace the elevator, but guess not).

Try to repair the game. If you don't like game bugs then move as far away from myshuno as you can.
