Whenever I start up Skyrim all characters are stuck in a t-pose position and their arms and legs wont move. I can still move my character but all NPCS are frozen in place. I have downloaded XPMSSE and UNP female body renewal 4.6 and I think these might be part of the problem but I still don't know where to start to fix what's happening. sorry for being somewhat vague. if you need any more info on the mods I have downloaded please let me know. I would really appreciate some help if anyone can give it. EDIT: so it turns out I messed up skyrim somehow. I disabled all of my mods and it didn't do anything. I then deleted them and it didn't work, so im gonna go delete and redownload skyrim and then cry over all my lost progress.
Funzel22 Posted July 14, 2019 Posted July 14, 2019 Hello, I'm a modding fool, BUT I think: - Look DOWN at the FNIS window, there are a few patches where you can make little hook's. There are two patches for the arm fix and somethink else (on the top of this little screen) .... please check this. I can't make a screen of mine cause I just make a re-install of my game. ? - What XP32 do you have? I had a wrong one for LE and not SE. Darkories Posted July 15, 2019 Posted July 15, 2019 Hi you only had 3 mods that were not SSE compatible , now let bygones be bygones i would suggest you learn to do FNIS Output and Bodyslide Output so you do not ever change the base game files and have to fix the game all over again once you missup they act like a mod, i know a Guide using it now called YASHED guide you can learn the basics of modding from that guide i would suggest you learn the FNIS Output and Bodyslide Output if you wanna get into the animation mods.

I really appreciate the help, and ill check the guide out.
