Nisa's Wicked Perversions: Questions

Ok so, I'm using the Nisa's Wicked Perversions Mod, and I'm a bit confused. I am using the Traits for it and it doesn't seem to work, I don't get debuffs from certain things or buffs from some other things, I don't know if I'm doing something wrong or if it's just broken. Can someone give me advice on how to get the Traits to work by any chance?. I am mostly confused on the "Sensually Tight" trait, I use it but nothing happens, please help.

Check to see if you have either of these traits: Carefree and Laidback, as they'll conflict with that trait. Those traits get rid of sims being tense. Hope this helps.

I don't have any such Trait as "Laidback" in the Reward section I do have Carefree though, I don't know if I have it for my Sim or not, but I'll try it and let you know if it worked. Thank you!.

Nisa’s Wicked Perversions is installed but it keeps saying to update it to the latest version and wont let me play has there been a later version released?
