Question about DLC

Hello,

 

i use Wicked Whims and some ( ) other Mods.

 But i cant place many objects whitch should include in the Mods.

 

Is it possible this is becaue I only have the Base Game?

If this might be the case which Addons and DLC are nice to have to use the full potential of the most mods?

Some of the mods may require some of the DLCs.

Check the page for each mod to be sure.
