Help? Confused on why it is censored

Hello! I am brand new to this mod, so pardon my stupidity 

I downloaded wicked whims and some animations. Started my game, chose a wicked action, and it was obnoxiously censored.

Then, per another thread I read, I went and deleted the "streamer mode" file in my mods. 

Then when I went back into my game, NOTHING WORKS. I can't watch tv, sleep, anything. The only option that shows up is "wicked," then "settings," not even any actions. What am I doing wronggg

update: I fixed the censor thing, but it still won't let me DO anything else in game??

My child sim can do normal stuff like use the bathroom and do homework and watch tv, but my adult sims don't have that option when I click stuff
