3m4041 Posted December 31, 2012 Posted December 31, 2012 2 great mods 1 location Anvil Bay Mystery House, drastically changes the landscape north of the lighthouse in Anvil. A space previously inhabited by Pepper Joe's Beer Shack. a patch didn't seem like a good choice, so it has been one mod or the other. At first I thought: keep Pepper Joe's the mystery house was kind of overpowering for the area, but giving it a little more thought the Mystery house adds something that was missing. The solution was to move one of the mods to a new location, but deciding which to move was the hard part. Pepper Joe's has NPCs semi-integrated into Anvil, and changes 1 or more of the Anvil residents (for the better) Anvil Bay Mystery House NPCs are self contained, and would be easier to relocate with the mod. Further deliberation on which moves where... Pepper Joe's seemed more of a beach setting mod to me rather than a bait shop next to the docks. Maybe better suited further west on the coast of the Abecean sea. The tideless calm waters in the bay don't make for good surfing, not that the Abecean has waves breaking at the point, but conceivably doable. The NPCs of Pepper Joe's might need some additional housing arrangements at a new location, but again doable. On the other hand. Apart from being called the Anvil Bay Mystery House, this beautiful mod would bring it's unique charm with it, and adapt quite nicely in many different locations, but it would be odd to call it the Anvil Bay mystery house if it weren't in Anvil Bay. What are your thoughts on this?
