Deviously Cursed Loot- Loot events not occurring

So I've spent the better part of 2 days trying to get the loot events in Deviously Cursed Loot to work with no luck. I uninstalled Skyrim from steam, deleted everything in the steam folder, redownloaded it, and tried reinstalling everything to get it to work. Here is my mod order with versions:

After installing everything I ran BodySlide and FNIS as admin. I ran skyrim using the SKSE shortcut as admin and created a new character, clicked install on sexlab, and waited until everything looked like it was doing setting up. In Deviously Cursed Loot I set:

-Base chance to 100%

-Trap cooldown to 0

-Worn restraints threshold to 0

-Minimum arousal to find cursed loot to 0

-Arousal weight to 0

-Cursed loot events enabled (checked)

-Debug screen messages enabled

 

The debug menu says Cursed Loot Chance is 100%.  Whenever I loot something it says "checking for rare items", "checking for common keys", and then "Looting dead body (ID ###)" or "Looting container". I occasionally find keys, but never have any cursed loot events occur. I've tried disabling and re-enabling cursed loot events, same with the shutdown functions option, and I've activated Safe Word but nothing made a difference. I've tried re-loading and re-starting skyrim inbetween changing these settings but that didn't help either.

 

Tie me up works fine, as does Bondage Dialogue. I really have no idea what to do going forwards. Any ideas?
