Bug, conflict, or just me?

I've played Sims 1 and 2 forever, but just recently decided to check out 4. I'm very familiar with mods and how everything works.

 

I have base and City Living (that's it)

I have WW installed (and some animations)

 

The only weird issue I'm having is:

Occasionally, random messages are received on the phone from other sims - "Come with me to the opera...", "Meet me at X community lot", "So and so wants to have sex...", etc.

 

Whenever I click the phone and click "Okay" or "Yes" in the popup overlay, nothing ever happens.

 

Anyone have any ideas on what might be going on?

 

EDIT: nvm. It's a known bug that's fixable with a mod.
