The Original Timer from sliders

I was wondering if any one can make a Original Timer from sliders as model and a mod for the game

 

The way the mod may work you find the timer in the woods just laying there or in a chest or something and you pick it up and it would open a Vortex or you have to do something to make the timer work and you jump into the Vortex as you know this timer in the game will not take you to a parallel universes but just take you to a random points on the map well once you jumped in the Vortex it may open randomly in the woods over the sea or the big lake or some were in the snowy mountains or in one of the big towns and the timer will need a cool down once it has been used so it may take minutes hrs or days in the game to use it again or longer depends on who or how they want to make the mod to do it ?

well I thought it would be nice to see a Timer from sliders in game as I never seen one made be for in a game yet have you ?
