female clothes for male Sims

I'd like to make custom female clothes like panties available for men too (male sims that have vaginas, and yeah I like to have those in my game).

I can make female clothes available for men by using S4Studio, but unfortunately once my male sim wears the female clothes, he automatically gets a female body structure.

 

Can anybody tell me how I can avoid that? So that my male sim can still have a masculine body even after wearing female clothes?
There must be a way, because I already have female custom clothes in my game that male Sims can wear and still have their masculine body form.

Please help.
