skyrim adult mod errors

i was trying to install some mods for skyrim SE, i made sure to download every dependent mod and file, but every time a launch skyrim SE i get these errors "SOS Warning! SchlongsOfSkyrim.dll not found, or the installed version is too old. Found -1, expected 300004. Please exit the game and reinstall SOS" and "Your installed JContainers version is incompatible with Creature Framework, or you don't have Jcontainers at all. Things will be very broken!" i have reinstalled both SOS and JContainers several times but the errors persist, i am using vortex could that be my issue? (i am not sure if this is the right place to post this)
