Clockwinding Posted June 24, 2019 Posted June 24, 2019 Hi, I'll let the attached image speak by itself : as long as i'm in an exterior cell, this happy skeleton/rabbit playing in the snow shader shows up and does not go away since. Ever. It first revealed itself when i stepped into a snowy area (probably to camouflage it and give the nasty surprise later...). I've tried looking through my data/textures folder with keywords such as "skeleton" "snow" "rabbit" "troll"... and some others for it but in vain. I'm pretty sure i'm being trolled by a mod but i have no idea where to look (maybe packed in a .bsa?). Anyone with some insight on this/has been in a similar situation? Oldrim's both legal and up to date so please avoid comments telling me i deserve this for pirating things. I didn't, my whole load order comes from here and nexus.
Clockwinding Posted June 24, 2019 Author Posted June 24, 2019 So apparently this is the ENB logo itself, and appears when "EnableLens" is set to "true" in enbseries.ini (found in a 2013 reddit post, fml). The culprit is this enblensmask.png (the sample one given with the base ENB install...). Hope this helps someone else maybe.
Guest Posted June 25, 2019 Posted June 25, 2019 Holy shit, I can't see that on the original screenshoot. Yeah, you never install the default files from enb, you just need to take the dll and the exe files. The ini files and any additional files should come from the enb preset you want to use. So go ahead and delete the "enbseries" folder (or move it out of the skyrim folder), then search and download a preset and put those files on your skyrim folder (the usual enb preset is an "enbseries" folder, an "enblocal.ini" and an "enbseries.ini").
Clockwinding Posted June 25, 2019 Author Posted June 25, 2019 I have Vividian ENB installed, not the default files. Those got overwritten by the preset but that lens mask must have been a leftover. Kind of a "my bad" moment.
