Clothing Disappear SexOut mod

Everytime I do anything in the game with the sexout mod the clothing dissappears and doesn't re-appear even when I turn it off and put on new clothing,

If you are using sexout pregnancy and MPO you may not have a compatible pregnancy armor in your inventory. Or perhaps a function there is somehow stuck if it uses tokens haven't looked at new versions of the mod and don't use it so I can't say for certain. Easily testable with new game and checking if player is pregnant on current save.
