Unethical Deeds Breaks SmallerTalk

Every time I do things involving Unethical deeds SmallerTalk dialog options are completely gone from the save.

Also, I have been running around this forum for an answer and something called ForceTalk occurred to me. I activated ForceTalk to see if it was better. That does not work as well.

I am stumped.

I have both mods and they do work together... mostly. They are older versions as I haven't updated it in some time however. I have SmallerTalk turned on in the Mod Config in game, with a 3 second delay. When the "conversation re-engage" happens, I usually get something like "How YOU doin?" and then there are (usually) options after that. I am playing a female character, and it doesn't seem to work with females, or with "other NPCs" added from other mods like patrols and such. The option for naughty times doesn't fire with those, but it does with others. I don't have many mods (like Skyrim for example) when I have SexOut included, as it becomes very unstable very quickly, but here is my current load order:
