Author's Thoughts Welcome El Senora's , El senors the fuck did i just said there, anyway this game is totally hilarious if i need to take break from serious gaming i always go to tropico it doesn't really make my brain explode like sim city 4 , i actually love all the characters on it , but i fucking hate sunny she is demanding one thing , when i build garbage disposal wrong place she cried, I'm like the fuck you demand that shit now and you complaining!!, Environmentalist faction sucks. So do you really Wanted to play previous Tropico games to understand story no actually it's not like Assassin's Creed or any game that are story driven this is just strait forward strategy game with no question ask it advertise what it supposed to do.i especially love general Penultimo hes somewhat remind me of my uncle lol naughty , obnoxious and seriously evil that guy is epic and my hero. another thing i forgot to mentioned its the advisor hes also awesome there's isn't a character in the game that i hate, except the American ambassador omfg.. seriously this guy i wanted to punch his face typical American shithead, even though i'm American my self i'm like is this how American act they ask alot and they didn't return a favor? , facepalm. Tip from " Domgar " Basic introduction Welcome to tropico presidente , "Wait what you don't trust that bearded white dude , that smoke cigars" don't worry in here i will teach you basics how to be a great dictator seriously need to read this everyone that want to join online competition will find this guide useful , and no! .. you can't take a coffee break sit! Tropican people " these people can't get enough of your country, first they need hospital and then they need food to survive , they will ask you alot do not fall into communist faction when they ask shit , but didn't return a favor , do not give communist faction everything they want if they do something important then you had reason to tolerate with them if they start rebelling against you , kill their faction leader [ dictatorship perk raised when you do this]." Marketing import and exporting" I got these question alot on other forums how do you actually export stuff . TIPS By exporting good , tropico country has one time system policy meaning only one tropican goods will export in a month or year if your export everything then the docks will hoard itself with tons of container that's undelivered and not deliver overseas we don't want that but if you forbid 20% overall production some foreign forces will hate you doing that ,to solve that confusion the export must be balanced, build at least 3 docks and can set manual export to what you aimed for by doing that set amounts of wager each docks and see the almanacs if the dock lets you export that item you want you will receive slight increase within a year or a month. Army Base/Protection Policy aka " ABPP" Point Defensive Strategy These are my favorite as my personality disorder grows stronger i am able to keep my country safe from rebel that wanted to murder me. so let's build army base production. This how you make your country invincible Build Radar dish like i mentioned earlier " What is the real purpose of radar dish , it meant to save your ass from these rebels , if the communist respect low that will trigger alot of mess and will endangered your palace your soldier that stationed on it cant do shit" Tips - Build ministry and hire defense ambassador - Build at least 4 or 7 army base - Build at least 4 radar dish " Clear Airwaves " must be activate these are mandatory - Build at least 5 police stations and 2 prison You don't need a lot of prison these people will know you dont play around - Stationed guard post every corner of the highly rate populated area that means you have 100% chance against rebels they cant do anything just sit on their shack "ehehehe" increase population/heal the sick Ah yes the health care is important these doctors will help tropico grow population and cure sickness on tropico no more superstition on shaman and other stupid witch doctor TIPS increasing population/Heal the sickness - To increase the population by default at least 50% in a week Set hospital/clinic to obstetrics these will help the tropican females will populate at the same time cure 10% tropican that sick - To increase the population you need immigration office if you set open doors the faction that doesn't belong to the list will complain they don't like other minorities step into their soil shit i do the same to , so in order to have perfectly balanced country set to skilled workers that way everybody happy that people helping their country Education , Education , books and more books " Blech..." i'm sorry presidente at the this rate i am bad at education but don't worry with my superior brain i will help you and your people to be smartest people and envy to the world now listen carefully , pay attention dangit! lol. anyway here's the cheat sheet presidente - Build at least 1 college and 1 high school " why do u need small amount of college and high school, to be honest with you presidente you don't need these building alot unless you build towns , that will trigger strategic education point the more you have these at least 10% people will work faster in a week or days" - Build more grade school " reason is why presidente kids that has grade school skill will graduated and will pick what ever they want college or high school if they good enough they will transfer from different towns if you make separate section in each of the local populace make sense right?" Tourism/attraction and other stuff " ah my favorite one in the list , tourism is my center of attention these part will make tons of generated tropican dollars to your treasury let's get started, and don't forget to make separate sections on this too , tourist doesn't like tropican mixed for reason some of them are racist." Tip " generally i don't at this rate im tired to type whole tips , so this is pretty self explanatory build like mad!, Tourist like alot of attraction alot of misc, a lot of statues and other stuff that interest them don't forget about cocktail bar and ethnic enclave these guys will also attract tourist and more.
