Trooper1138 Posted June 19, 2019 Posted June 19, 2019 As the title says, seems to be only female Sims and only some NPCs, but it's the stuff of nightmares... I don't know if there's a way to post my mod list, I'm using quite a few though...
Crazy Doll Posted June 19, 2019 Posted June 19, 2019 Broken CC. Tongue CC / No EA Lashes CC / or something like that. Generaly it happens when you ran a batch fixes with S4S that brokes something.

(The version in the batch fixes file is a backup incase any batch fixes break stuff) After you've made sure you're batch fixes have not changed any script mods then go find any custom tongue mods or eyelash mods and do the same, replace the ones in your mods folder with the ones from the batch fix folder. This should fix the problem.

Simite Posted June 20, 2019 Posted June 20, 2019 Yeah you should have sims4 studio, you will need it for fixing mods eventually after a base game update; often mods need to be patched to work with the latest version and Sims4Studio has some tools for batch fixing CC. You can go without it but then you will have to re-download updated versions of every mod you want to use after every EA update and some mods don't get updated by authors, so its advised that you do get it maybe spend a little time over on their webstie learning how to use the batch fixes. http://sims4studio.com/ - Create a free account with them, download the version of S4S that is for your type of PC/MAC; then in their own forums they have tons of info about creating your own mods or batch fixing others. Good luck and happy simming.

Good luck.

Simite Posted June 21, 2019 Posted June 21, 2019 you can narrow down the search by only looking for mods related to the perticular area effected, so like tongues, lips, eyes etc, anything from the head. You may also want to start creating some organisation to the chaos by splitting your mods up into files so you can more easily find broken mods/cc in future. You can also get a conflict detector to check if you have duplicate files or mods that don't work together. http://modthesims.info/d/561550 - Mod Conflict Detector http://modthesims.info/d/572482/ts4-package-conflict-detector-windows-only.html - TS4 Package conflict detector (Windows Only)
aloeisland Posted June 23, 2019 Posted June 23, 2019 No ea lashes does this. take that mod out and it should be fine.

Trooper1138 Posted June 25, 2019 Author Posted June 25, 2019 So removing the "RemoveEAlashes" package didn't fix it either... I tried removing all the lashes packages, didn't work either. While editing the affected Sims in CAS (with cheat to unlock CAS) I noticed that they have no extra stuff selected besides teeth and most of them seem to be Vampires, so I tried removing all teeth related packages, but that didn't fix it either... running out of ideas of what to try/remove. I could post my mod list, if someone can tell me how to create one?

I am having the same error right now lol and I think what could help is doing 50/50.. take half of your mods folder out and look if that error is still appearing.. If yes you know the broken mod is still inside the mods folder.. Now repeat the same thing until you found the broken mod. I'm doing that now too and will let you know what it was for me! Hope you find it soon! EDIT: About the Mod list.. It depends how many mods you have installed but you could Screenshot your Mods and post the pics in here! So I could look at it and try to find similarities, since I still haven't found the mod breaking the Sims faces.. UPDATE! After hours of search I have found the mods that most certainly were responsible for that bug! These bad boys.. So watch out for head and tongue replacements!

Ah, I have that one too, will remove and see if that fixes it, thanks! I have so many mods installed, would probably never have found it myself, so let's hope this fixes it for me too! [EDIT] Seems to have fixed it, however I still have to edit every affected Sim once in CAS, but after that it seems to be gone...
crunkyy Posted June 26, 2019 Posted June 26, 2019 I'm glad I could help! Took me hours to find it since I have a lot of cc too lol If it still happens after you've edited the Sims search for any (head) replacement, delete them and it should work Happy Simming!
