I made a MTF trans Sim and recently found out how to enable the breast slider for a male Sim via a cheat command. I had read that the command would replace the male skin texture with female texture. The breast slider worked as promised but, unfortunately, the male skin texture was not replaced. This means that I have two oddly-located male nipples on female breasts. Is there anyway to replace the male skin texture/overlay with a female's on WW? I'd rather not change the original gender to a female and add a dick as many have recommended. It messes with my immersion.

Even now I'm not entirely sure I understand but I know that the texture being replaced would be with the original Barbie Maxis one, no? Regardless, the crux of the question remains the same. Is it possible to replace the male top overlay with a female one so the nipples will be in the right place?
