Help needed - not gaining exp?

Hi there. I've tried googling a bunch of stuff and I just can't find the answer.

 

For some reason I'm either not gaining any exp when I play, or it's extremely low to the point of being unnoticeable. Not sure which, or how to know. Would any of my mods affect this? Mods, in load order:
