Construction Markers? Updated mods and switched to Fusion

See images. Updated a load of mods etc after the recent update. Decided I'd give Fusion Girl a whirl too. Only mod out of date at present is TIM (gets disabled at start up). Anyone know how to pull a modlist from Vortex?

At first I thought it might be the upgrade from SS to SS 3 in 1, but reverting to SS only changes nothing.

Any help appreciated.

On starting a new game I get this! Could it be added by NAC?
