Civil War using console commands ?

Hello everyone, I managed to fix one issue {bow aiming bug whereint he arrow nock was in the characters elbow when fired resulting in the arrow head to seeimgly shoot through the bow, it turns out it was a FPECA2 FORCE REFRESH ANIMATIONS NOW glitch that wont be fixed}

So now with that fixed my goal is to do a full new playthrough with the same character; however, on my new laptop, the civil war is messed up. It will either crash during battle of whiterun, or crash after finishing things up nicely in Civil War when I try to enter anything related to the Dawnguard.

Now I was recently recommended to NOT clean the DLCs using TES5Edit, and I havent tried Civil War since then, I do have Warzones and ASIS installed and both worked great on my old laptop wherein the issue never occured whatsoever. With my DLCs not cleaned, would Civil War work and not crash out on me ? My typical playthrough, since i have all three DLCs on legendary edition of SKyrim is as thus

Play main quest up to getting the elder scroll

Playthrough Dawnguard to get the other two elder scrolls plus all side quests

Civil War playthrough on Imperial side

Finish main quest

Playthrough any side quests {college of winterhold, dark brotherhood, etc}

Playthrough Dragonborn plus all side quests

then finally go through Beyond Skyrim: Bruma

Now, when I do the civil war, everytime I try to enter Fort Dawnguard the game crashes out. Now I havent tried doing anything at this point on a new character with the DLCs not cleaned through TES5Edit, will the civil war work ? or will I crash trying to go back to fort dawnguard ?

NOTE at one point the game crashed when trying to fast travel anywhere after finishing civil war at which point I went back to the other save to just before I started the civil war playthrough and no crashes occured but it forced me to do the peace treaty scene and I hate having to do that when I would much rtather kill the stormcloaks entirely

Any and all advice or even a console commands list to go by will be helpful
