Trouble initiating sex using Sex Em' Up with followers and NPCs + penis alignment?

I used this guide: 

Minus a few parts I didn't care about. Along with Sex Em' Up and Autonomy Enhanced.

 

I only got Sex Em' Up to work once on a DC guard, but otherwise I couldn't get any scenes to start with piper or anyone else.

Occasionally NPCs do have sex using Autonomy Enhanced though.

 

As for penis alignment, I use EVB. This issue doesn't really bother me that much though, just a slight gripe atm.
