Devices gag problem

So I have a problem. I got dda ddi ddx and cursed loot installed and whenever my character got equipped gag by self or cursed loot event, the gag is not showing on my character. In inventory it is equipped. This is hell of a problem because i can't talk to npc's because of this. I can unequip gag without this box that says to use key examine device or use force. I tried everything from bodysliding everything to reinstalling mods. Help plz
