I figure this may be a long shot, but I was curious if anyone would be able to make a mod where you can adopt pets at certain lots.

 

EX: A pet store/vet lot having the ability to have pets for adoption like you would on the phone. Maybe a lot trait or something? Is that possible? Thanks!
