how to add more 255 mods (.esp) with NMM

You can't. The game itself can only manage 255 mods.

 

Your best bet would be to find a way of merging mods together, this would decrease the amount of ESPs in your mod list. You will need to merge all armor mods together, all weapons mods etc.

 

Sadly Skyrim does not have a stable merger like Oblivion did.

255 mods ? what PC are you use ? 128 gb of DDR3 ?

and they all not conflicting ?! (:.;゜;Д;゜;.)
