Sexout.esm makes autosaving/manual saving take forever

I started having this problem not too long after installing sexout. As the title states, whenever I manually save (either quicksave or actual save) or autosave such as entering/leaving levels, I get a good 5-6 second freeze. It seems that the Sexout.esm is what is causing this. I've tried what fixes I could find, such as deleting all the old saves in my save folder, but the issues still persist.
