What are a good set of mods to make the PC and NPC sexier?

Character creation

As far I'm aware the choice is between Enhanced Character Edit (nexus) or RaceMenu (nexus). Both are very good, but personally I use RaceMenu. 

 

NPC overhauls

Personally I use Bijin (nexus) and sidearmf93's (google it) NPC overhauls and The Ordinary Women (nexus), but there is a massive amount of NPC overhauls out there.

 

Hair/eyebrow/eye mods

Just pick the ones you like.

A few suggestions are; Eyes of beauty, KS hairdos renewal, SG hair pack and SG female eyebrows. (All on nexus except the SG hair pack)

Try Frecklemania 2 (nexus) if you like freckles. 

 

ENB

Please mind that ENBs are not installed the same way as regular mods, so please check the ENB's mod page on how to install it properly.

There are a lot of ENBs out there that all make your characters way better looking, but personally I use Caffeine ENB (nexus) because it's like Snapdragon ENB, but you can actually play while using it.
