Roaming Vampires

Hi I just wanted to ask has anyone created a mod that actually lets vampires start to roam around in the wilds at night. I remember a mod that someone did for morrowind that made vampires appear at night and stalk the player to make matters worse you could only permanently kill them with a stake to the heart or they got backup after a while is there anything like this for skyrim se.

To answer your question, I don't know if there are mods that specifically add stalking vampires, but I do know that Truly Undead makes all vanilla undead and Daedra unkillable. You can configure what is unkillable and how you are supposed to kill it with the MCM. You can configure your game where Draugr can only be permanently killed when on fire, vampires have to be killed and then you have to slap it with some garlic or else they'll get back up, daedra can only be killed with silver, etc.
