i dont understand whickedwhims dont work!

I have downloaded whickedwhims mod and some animations: but when i go to sims 4 there isn't the option whickedwhims and i cant do any animations.

You sure you enabled mods and scripted mods in the options of Sims4?

Just to add to the above. When you downloaded WW did you unzip the folder first and install it the right way? Or possibly just downloaded the archive and put into the mod folder? Did you put the ww files 3 sub-folder deep in the mod folder? 

 

You have to also be sure to change the settings in the search so it also searches "all sub-folders".

Then open your mod folder, search "wickedwhims" and delete anything that it finds. Then download the mod again and install it using the Auto installer.

yes i'm sure that i enabled the mod. but so.....i am italian......I don't understand much about stuff like that, deep folder stuff like that, I use the computer just to play, I don't know anything else about this kind of stuff. I mean ... if you can send me a COMPLETE video guide that says EVERYTHING and I say EVERYTHING you need to do to use whicked whims on sims 4. thanks.

If you are going to use mods then it's imperative that you first learn the basics of how to install mods and how they work. I don't mean to be rude here but you're going to have to put forth some effort yourself too.

 

Using mods for the Sims is VERY easy compared to other games like SKyrim.  ?

1. CONFERMARE LA COMPATIBILITÀ
Se hai mai installato Wickedwhims manualmente prima d'ora, devi prima rimuovere tutti i file.

 

Per rimuovere i vecchi file di Wickedwhims, apri la cartella 'Mods'.
Si trova a: \Documenti\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4\Mods
Allora cerca tutti i file relativi a WickedWhims o WickedWoohoo.
Rimuovili tutti!

 

2. APRIRE L'ARCHIVIO
Aprire il file di archivio delle modifiche scaricate con un Archive Manager.
Per estrarre gli archivi è necessario un Archive Manager. Se il sistema non ne fornisce uno per impostazione predefinita, provare questi:

 

FINESTRE - WINRAR

 

LINUX - ARCA / XARCHIVER / PEAZIP

 

MAC - ENTROPIA / KEKA / KEKA / UNARCHIVER

 

È comune per 7-ZIP causare problemi quando si estraggono gli archivi ZIP o RAR. Si raccomanda di usare un'altra applicazione di gestione degli archivi!

 

3. ESTRARRE L'ARCHIVIO
Estrarre tutti i file dall'archivio in qualsiasi cartella che non sia correlata a The Sims 4.
Non mettere questi file nella cartella 'Mods' di The Sims 4!

4. ATTIVARE IL PROGRAMMA DI INSTALLAZIONE
Eseguire il file "OPTIONAL WINDOWS AUTO INSTALLER".

 

5. CONTÍNUO?
Se non sono presenti errori, premere un tasto qualsiasi per continuare.
Se sono presenti errori, passare al punto 6.

 

Divertitevi!

 

6. ERRORI?
Se viene visualizzato un messaggio di errore che dice 'Si prega di accendere The Sims 4 almeno una volta prima di installare qualsiasi mods' e l'esecuzione di questa azione non funziona, si consideri invece di fare un'installazione manuale.

Se viene visualizzato un messaggio di errore che dice 'WickedWhims mod files are missing' e l'esecuzione di azioni spiegate sullo schermo non funziona, considerate invece di fare un'installazione manuale.

INSTALLAZIONE MANUALE 

 

ASSICURARSI DI ACCENDERE IL GIOCO ALMENO UNA VOLTA PRIMA DI INSTALLARE MODS 

1.  APRIRE L'ARCHIVIO

2.  LOCALIZZARE LA CARTELLA SIMS 4 
Aprire la cartella di The Sims 4 Mods. 
Si trova a:  \Documenti\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4\Mods 
Se manca la cartella "Mods", attiva e disattiva il gioco almeno una volta. 

 

3. SPOSTARE I FILE 
Trascinare la cartella 'WickedWhimsMod' direttamente dal gestore degli archivi alla cartella The Sims 4 Mods aperta. 

 

Non mettere la cartella 'WickedWhimsMod' in qualsiasi altra cartella!  Mettila direttamente nella cartella 'Mods'! 
Se manca il file 'Resource.cfg', accendi e spegni il gioco almeno una volta. 

 

4.  ACCENDERE IL GIOCO 
E apri le "Opzioni di gioco". 

 

5.  MODALITÀ ABILITATIVE 
Aprire il menu "Altre" e attivarlo: 

l'impostazione "Abilita contenuto e modalità personalizzate". 
l'impostazione 'Script Mods Allowed' (Mods Allowed) 
È necessario ripetere questo processo ogni volta che si verifica un aggiornamento del gioco! 

 

7.  DISATTIVARE IL GIOCO 
E poi puoi riaccenderlo di nuovo e giocare.
