I'm looking for a website or software that will detect ethnicity and stuff from picture uploads. The results I found were defunct, didn't load, or had a paywall. Maybe it's just not a good time to find one or it's too new. I really just wanted it for scanning my Skyrim girl. I'll be disappointed if it doesn't result in 88% Nord, 12% Breton. Any ideas?

At the very least you won't find one with Nord or Breton as results, since that kind of software won't be fed with images from skyrim but real people. If you wanted something like this you could train your own CNN. You would need a boat load of labeled images, though.
