Need Help Converting A Skintone to WW compatable.

I'm having trouble trying to make one of my favorite skin tones compatible for Wicked Whims.  It's MsBluse Skintone Set v2. Here.

She says it's mostly for females but I ended up using this on plenty of my men as well but when I installed WW. It had the black penis issue. I read that if you cover the alpha corners with white it should fix it. Which I did, Here. But no matter what only one testicle gets covered and not the rest of the goods. It's frustrating because even though this an older Skintone it's one my favorites. It has small details that I really like and the skin shades are also very realistic. So. If anyone could figure out what I'm doing wrong or knows how to fix it. I'd really appreciate it.
