FG Subdue Issues (Attempting to try Abduction SSE messed things up)...

Hello,

 

I may have cause my own problem somehow with the Flower Girls Subdue SE mod; It was working fine when I first tried it, however... I am using Vortex mod manager, and the mod shows it is installed and enabled, but a short time ago I disabled it in favor of trying out the Abduction SSE mod (which I cannot get to work and have given up on for the moment), I then "removed" Abduction due to its non-functionality and re-enabled Subdue and started a new game. Unfortunately, the Power is not added, and the "Vulnerable/Restrain" option is not appearing. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the mod, updated, and so on since, and nothing seems to be working. Does anyone have any advice on how to fix this to get either mod working properly?

I encountered the same issue and to solve it I opened up the console (usually can be opened with the key under escape, left to the 1 key on your keyboard) and ran:
 

help "fg subdue options"


In the results I saw:
 

SPEL: (1F014C07) 'FG Subdue Options'


Knowing the id of the spell I could then run:
 

player.addspell 1f014c07


My character then had access to the FG Subdue Options power which I could use to enable and restart FlowerGirls Subdue.

I couldn't find anything in the rules against bumping topics like this. While this likely won't help the original poster I found this thread from Google and when I found a solution I thought I might as well go back here and post it in here in case someone else encounters this issue.
