I was thinking if someone wanted to add this to their sex mod they might use this sporty sexy sweat mod on nexus. (im kinda new to this and im having trouble getting the link to work but if you search for it on nexus its the only one.)It looks like beads and streaks on skin. Im thinking it wouldnt take much to make that look like someone blew a load on a character.
