Pausing Animations

Hello community. I was wondering if there was a way to pause playing sexlab animations whether it be solo, couple, threesome, four, etc, to fine tune each characters alignment within the scene. Generally I open the console, type tfc, close console and get my camera into a perfect spot and use the keyboard keys to set the alignment. Problem is, if it takes too long and the animation ends before I get out of free camera I can no longer run or draw weapons, therefore requiring me to close the game and restart. With more complex animations that require selecting on multiple participants I never have enough time and one of them have their feet/knees hovering above the ground and it just doesn't look right. So is it possible to pause the animations or does all changes require the animation to be running?

No. You can only completely freeze the game. But then all will be stuck, including the camera.

If you are going to do screenshots, I recommend to use the Animation Speed Control to slow them down a lot, so your screenshot will be all right.

. . . is this a mistake, or are you saying that there is a working Animation Speed Control for SSE?

Thank you for the response. It isn't for screenshots, simply trying to perfect small details so nothing lost by not having it exact. I'll just need faster keyboard skills.

Just disable the autoadvance option in sexlab options.   You can use the spacebar to advance to the next stage.  This will give you plenty of time to align.  You can also use this with SLSO in order to create a minigame, giving you more reason to keep animation advancements manual.

Alternatively, you can set the timers on animations to a long number giving you much more time as well...  especially if you are not involved in the act. (this is under the timers and stripping options.   Remember to go through the separate categories for foreplay regular... etc

Thanks. I completely missed or forgot about the autoadvance option. I'll give that a try.

Also, auto-TFC is a setting in Sexlab, no reason to console it and risk getting stuck.

I've had bad experiences with that option in the past. Why I manually press tfc now.
