From the message it sounds to me like some kind of pawn shop or bail kind of mod.... I don't know all the mods on your list so I cant help you narrow it down.

MF Radiant Prostitution; you will sometimes get a quest to meet someone outside of town where you are robbed and raped. You have by default 24 hours to reclaim your items (which have been sold off to a nearby smith or shopkeeper). Failure to claim said items allows them to be sold by the shopkeeper to recoup their investment.

If someone still has this problem, just uninstall the latest version you have of Radiant Prostitution, go in game, wait 24h, if the message doesn't appear, your good to go. 
Just save game without the mod and install back, for me worked just fine.
