Hi, I don't know how it happened, haven't installed mods for a while

and I saw this, what can I do?

 

Edit: Reinstalled body and face mods and nothing, that blueish light keeps appearing.

 

Edit: Found the solution, if someone else doesn't know, since nobody help me.

 

Open the console, and enter player.addspell F71D1 then exit the console,

Open the console again and type player.removespell F71D1 and then leave the console.
