I need help to download Leito animations and prostitution mods

Warning: I'm new to computers and such so if i'm doing anything amateurish please go easy on me!

 

So i'm trying to download both FO4 Animations by Leito and a prostitution mod. When i'm finished downloading the mod i just drag the folder (sometimes its just an explorer icon) to my mod manager which is Vortex and enable the mod from there. I have a feeling that this is the reason the animations aren't working, whenever i'm using the prostitution mod the client just gives me the caps and leaves. 

 

Just how do i properly install these mods, i kinda spent my entire day just trying to fix this thing and i'm not going anywhere.
