Guest Lady Luck Posted December 18, 2012 Posted December 18, 2012 i have another hardrive coming soon on December 24th so my physical hardrive is 500gb add another more 500 external hardrive that would be partitioned 1tb i separate them both hardware so i can have plenty of space , due to games that will come on my PC i ordered about 10 estimated 20 gig the whole thing including hitman absolution/sniper challenge i began to see why you can't just pitch in all these games on single hardrive. so is it really necessary to reformat the whole OS and reinstall the whole thing back or its a bad idea hence i don't care about the save files, or i should re-organized my files , any suggestion format or organizing.
Slammer64 Posted December 18, 2012 Posted December 18, 2012 Well, you could set it up in a RAID-0 array, it would speed things up but you'd lose useable drive space, or you could simply set it up as a internal storage drive, you could still install games to it.
